What we use
One session cookie. It holds your session, which is what keeps items in your basket and keeps you signed in while you shop. Without it the basket would empty on every page.

- Expires: when you close your browser
A strictly necessary cookie does not require your consent, because the site cannot provide what you asked for without it. It holds no personal information beyond a reference to your session.
Your answer to the banner
Your answer is remembered in a cookie named consent, so we do not ask again on every page. That one needs no permission of its own: remembering that you said no is what honouring your no requires.

- Expires: after one year
Analytics, only if you say yes
We would like to use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful and which are not. It sets its own cookies, it is not necessary for the shop to work, and it is entirely your choice. Nothing analytics-related loads before you choose: if you decline, no Google script is fetched and no analytics cookie is set.
- Names: _ga and _ga_<id>, set by Google Analytics
- Purpose: counts visits and which pages get used
- Type: analytics, and NOT set unless you accept
- Expires: up to two years
We do not use advertising cookies, whatever you choose, and nothing on this site follows you to other websites.
Changing your mind
There is a Cookie choices button in the footer of every page. It clears your answer and asks again, so a yes is as easy to undo as it was to give.
Payment
Payment happens on a secure hosted page provided by our payment provider. That page sets its own cookies, which are necessary for the payment to work and for fraud prevention, and are governed by the provider's own policy.
