Delivery options and prices
We send every order with Royal Mail, and you choose the service in your basket. Standard is Royal Mail 1st Class and is not tracked, so there is no tracking number for it. Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 are both tracked. What each one costs is shown in your basket before you go to payment, so nothing is added at checkout that you have not already seen.
How long it takes
Order before 3pm on a weekday and we despatch the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at a weekend, or on a bank holiday are despatched the next working day.
Royal Mail aims to deliver most orders within one to two working days of despatch, though this is not a guaranteed service. If you need an order by a particular date, ask us first and we will tell you what is possible.
Pre-orders
A product marked Pre-order has not been released yet. Its release date is shown on the product page and in your basket. Sealed trading card product cannot be sent before its release date, so a pre-order is sent once the product has been released and has reached us.
Visiting the shop
You are welcome to visit the shop and buy in person. Our address and opening hours are on the Visit the shop page. There is no click-and-collect option on this website: an order placed here is one we send out.
