Placing an order
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The price you pay is the price shown in your basket at the time you go to payment, plus the delivery option you choose there. When you place an order we send an email confirming what you ordered. If we cannot supply something you have ordered we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.
Pre-orders
A product marked Pre-order has not yet been released. Its release date is shown on the product page and it is despatched once the product has been released and has reached us. We cannot send sealed product before its release date.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
How we deliver is on the delivery page, and your rights to cancel and return are on the refunds and returns page. Nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights as a consumer.
Product images and names
Game names, set names and artwork belong to their publishers and are used here to describe the products we sell.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
