It holds 4 Surge Foil Full-Art Seasonal Hobbit lands, 10 Full-Art Middle-earth Journey lands split 5 traditional foil and 5 regular, and 20 basic lands split 10 traditional foil and 10 regular. That is 34 land cards, enough to give a fresh Standard or Commander deck a themed mana base straight away.
An oversized Spindown life counter tracks life totals across longer Commander games, and the printed Gift Bundle card box stores what you open along with the rest of a growing collection.
