Metro Meets the Fantastical in Hyperia City
The Inklands and storybook glades are making way for a lively musical metropolis. Ravensburger has officially announced Set 14 of Disney Lorcana: Hyperia City, arriving in local game stores for prerelease on Friday 16 October 2026, with full worldwide retail availability following on Friday 23 October.
Set 14 shifts the setting into a buzzing city where music, theatre, and mysteries intertwine. It marks the long-awaited Lorcana debut of Pixar's Coco, spotlights characters from Zootopia, Big Hero 6, and A Goofy Movie, and introduces an innovative resource keyword: Ink Drops.
Hyperia City releases in UK hobby shops on 16 October and everywhere on 23 October. It introduces temporary Ink Drops to accelerate turns, brings Coco into Lorcana for the first time, and kicks off with sealed prerelease flights at Ravenspire Games in Manston.

How Ink Drops Work in Disney Lorcana
The defining strategic update in Set 14 is the introduction of Ink Drops. Until now, Lorcana's resource system has relied on adding one card face-down to your inkwell each turn. Ink Drops change that dynamic by acting as temporary ink tokens added directly to your inkwell, giving decks explosive burst turns without permanently accelerating your ink capacity.
Beyond paying for glimmers earlier than usual, several cards in Hyperia City trigger powerful secondary effects when you spend or hold an Ink Drop:
Ink Drops act as temporary resources you can discard to pay 1 ink. They enable faster character drops, protect your board with keywords like Ward and Resist, and power up aggressive actions.
Core Ink Drop Cards Revealed
Take an early look at how characters and actions interact with the new resource system:
Music and Memory: The Debut of Pixar's Coco
Hyperia City's cultural heartbeat is music. The set introduces Pixar's Coco into Disney Lorcana, anchoring an innovative 'discard and memory' playstyle. Cards interact with songs and reward having cards that have passed on into your discard pile, giving life to characters like Miguel, Héctor, and Abuelita.
Coco, A Goofy Movie, and Zootopia headline the musical and concert themes. Look for powerful new songs with Sing Together, discard-fuelled Lore acceleration, and Singer synergies.
Concert Stars • Powerline & Friends
Music extends across the city with pop divas, front-row fans, and rock performers:
Royal Welcomes and City Sleuths
Beyond the concert halls, Hyperia City's grand avenues and quiet back alleys introduce a 'Royal Welcomes' storyline. Classic princesses take on new roles as writers, detectives, and society hostesses, alongside Zootopia detectives investigating anomalous ink phenomena.
Tiana, Belle, Rapunzel, and Cinderella take centre stage alongside Judy Hopps, Mr. Big, Shere Khan, and Thomas O'Malley in fresh urban interpretations.
